Our college has a Training and Placement Cell which organises training and grooming sessions for the students. These training and grooming sessions are conducted by eminent resource persons to help our students develop state-of-the-art Soft Skills that enable them to carve their own niche in the ever advancing world. Our effort is to prime the employability skills of our students to match the requirements of recruiters. The Placement Committee also interacts with various firms to arrange campus interviews for our students. The college also collaborates with the training cell of MG University and organises training programmes on college campus. Further, we also identify and groom the students who want to pursue higher studies, enabling them to hone their personalities in tune with their aspirations.

Objectives:

  • Prepare a database of students and identify their areas of interest.
  • Create a database of the recruiters and be in touch with them
  • Coordinate with prospective employers to identify their requirements and
    assist our students to register with them
  • Develop a course content for placement oriented activities
  • Conduct Soft Skills training sessions for students to prime their personal and professional skills.
  • Make students participate in activity oriented sessions and evaluate the learning outcomes.
  • Conduct aptitude training sessions for students to make them succeed in competitive examinations.
  • Invite recruiters to the campus and organise job fairs.
  • Maintain a good rapport with our alumni.
  • Assist students in securing placements in well-established companies.
